Ingredients :
- 250 g smoked trout fillets
- 120 g of cream quark
- 100g softened butter
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
- 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Recipe :
- Cut the trout and the butter into pieces, mix everything in a mixer and put in a terrine mold, leave to set for 1-2 hours. in the fridge.
- Unmold, cut into slices and if necessary cut into shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Arrange the terrine on salad leaves.
- Serve with wholemeal bread or toast.
Variants :
- You can add, after mixing, small pieces of smoked trout and mix them delicately with a spoon to give chew to your terrine.
- You can also add small pieces of tomato for more freshness.
- You can add slices of smoked salmon on top of your terrine.
- You can add fish eggs on or in your terrine.
- You can add pistachios after mixing your smoked trout.
