The melting delight

Ingredients :
- 4 fairly firm Vaudois tommes
- 1 egg
- 100 g of breading
- 80g butter
- Pepper, cumin
Recipe :
- Beat the egg
- Dip the tommes in the egg. Drain them
- As soon as they are coated with egg, bread the tommes regularly, one by one.
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a pan
- Sauté the tommes over medium heat for 4 minutes on each side
- Sprinkle the tommes with pepper and cumin
Presentation of the dish :
Arrange a bed of salad drizzled with a little oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Place the hot tommes, top with a sprig of parsley. Serve immediately.
