A taste of Jura with flowery flavors

Quantity: approximately 4 jars
Ingredients :
- 500 g of fir buds
- about 1l of water
- 400 g of sugar
- 1 lemon juice
- 4 g of agar agar
Recipe :
Wash your jam jars then sterilize them by immersing them in boiling water.
- Wash the fir buds.
- Place them in a stewpot and cover with about 1l of water.
- Boil for about 20 minutes.
- Then let it infuse for 45 minutes.
- Then filter to recover the juice.
- Pour the juice into a cauldron or stewpot.
- Add the sugar and lemon juice.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the agar agar.
- Let it bubble for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Then fill your jars with fir jelly.
- Close them, turn them over and let cool.
