Ingredients :
- 250 g mixture of mushrooms (chanterelles / button mushrooms)
- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt, pepper
- 2 dl of cream
- 1.5 dl of Qimiq
Recipe :
- Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
- Chop the shallot and garlic, cook for about 5 minutes in oil.
- Salt and pepper.
- Whip the cream and stir the Qimiq (cream) until smooth.
- Add to mushrooms.
- Correct the seasoning.
- Pour into glasses or a large mold and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
- Serve with toasted bread.
Trick :
If you do not have Qimiq, soften 2 sheets of gelatin for 5 minutes in cold water, liquefy in a saucepan and add to the cream (1.5dl). Freeze your mushroom picking and compose the mixture according to your wishes.
