The little gourmet cookie

Ingredients :
- 150 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 225 g flour
- Raspberry jelly
Recipe :
- Cream the butter, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and egg yolks, stir until white.
- Add the flour, stirring briefly.
- Form a ball, wrap it in transparent film and leave to cool for an hour.
- Form small balls the size of a small walnut, with the end of the handle of a wooden spatula, form a cavity, fill the hole with raspberry jelly using a piping bag (recommended) or a small spoon.
- Return to the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180° hot air. Cook for 15 minutes.
