Ingredients :
- 200 gr of bacon
- 800 gr squash, finely diced
- 2 sliced leeks
- Optionally add or replace the leeks with 2 finely diced or grated carrots
- Salt pepper, curry
- 1 dl white wine
- 1 dl broth
- 70 gr flour
- 70 gr butter
- 8 dl milk
- Salt pepper nutmeg
- 80 gr grated cheese
- 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna or 250 gr of fresh lasagna
Recipe :
- Brown the bacon in a dry pan.
- Add the diced squash and the sliced leeks, brown, season
- Add the white wine and broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Prepare a béchamel sauce with the flour, butter and milk. Heat over medium heat until the sauce thickens and remove from heat. Do not boil.
- Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg.
- In a buttered gratin dish, place a layer of lasagna, a layer of vegetables and béchamel.
- Repeat the operation and finish with the béchamel sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese and butter flakes.
- Place in preheated oven at 180° for 40 min.
Improvement :
You can add a few cherry tomatoes for even more freshness.
