An original recipe for the famous Swiss cervelas

Ingredients :
- 4 brainfish
- 12 pickled onions
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 12 soft, pitted dried apricots
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rapeseed
- 4 long skewers
Recipe :
- Preheat the grill to approx. 220 degree.
- Peel the cervelas and cut them into rounds approximately 2 cm thick.
- Remove the onions from the vinegar and let drain well.
- Place the cervelas slices, onions, cherry tomatoes and apricots alternately on the skewers.
- Mix the other ingredients to make a marinade.
- Brush the skewers with it.
- Grill them on all sides over medium heat with the lid closed.
