The ball of flavors

Ingredients :
- 4 turkey cutlets
- 1 small jar of tomato sauce or tomato coulis
- 2 Valais tommes (fresh)
- 5.5 dl of white wine
- Salt, pepper
Recipe :
- Brown the escalopes in a pan in hot butter (roasting butter or oil)
- Moisten, season and continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes
- Reserve the cooking juices
- Place the cutlets in a buttered (or oiled) gratin dish, side by side, avoiding them overlapping.
- Place 2 – 3 tbsp of tomato sauce on each escalope
- Place 2-3 slices of tomme on each escalope
- Add the white wine to the cooking juices of the escalopes and bring to the boil
- Water the cutlets
- Brown for 5 minutes in a very hot oven
- Serve immediately
