An easier recipe than expected…

Ingredients :
- 200g shortcrust pastry
- 2 egg whites
Filling :
- 150 gr of walnuts
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar to decorate.
Recipe :
- Spread the dough in a 24 cm diameter baking tray.
- Coarsely chop the nuts and mix them with the stuffing ingredients
- add the beaten egg whites.
- Pour this mixture onto the dough and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. at 200°
- Sprinkle with icing sugar when the cake is cold
