Your rights
Our portal is accessible to everyone in Switzerland. Anyone can become a Member and publish on our online pages and benefit from our media and event services. However, we reserve the right to refuse certain establishments if they go against the rules of good morals or our beliefs. For example, we refuse multinationals that trade in toxic and dangerous products, that promote the destruction of our eco-system or that harm our health for maximum profit. As you will have understood, our project aims to be ethical and social at all levels. In the event of refusal on our part, any registration fees will be fully refunded and the recorded data will be deleted.
Your duty
You must be a Member in order to publish in Your homework our directories, most other services being accessible and free to the general public. The rules of good conduct are applied and in the event of inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to block or even delete the offending accounts. In the event of fraud, threat to a third person or any other fact going against Swiss laws, we reserve the right to file a complaint with the police. We do not communicate any personal information by telephone or email. Only a judge can require the provision of personal information, a simple request from the police is not enough.
Confidentiality
Espace-Romand.ch records your IP addresses, as well as your contact details for statistical and security purposes. Email addresses may be used for communications purposes on our part. We do not resell or trade any information. Member users can delete their account at any time, thereby erasing their personal information. We cannot recover this information afterwards. By registering as a member, you must accept our general conditions.
